Gap Year

Even though I took a gap year, the period in which I took the gap year is quite unconventional. Usually done after high school, my gap year was taken after 8th grade with the intent to learn and grow as a person while I was outside the country. My time spent in China was totally worth it, and I think that everyone should try taking a gap year because it can not only be really quite fun, but it can also help broaden your horizons.
